COVID-19 UPDATE:
Please note that due to the current COVID-19 pandemic we are experiencing delays in our delivery times. Your order will be shipped ASAP, usually within 48 hours. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, we also depend on their services. The courier services are doing their absolute utmost to deliver the item within the agreed time, but Covid-19 regulations and the sudden increase of shipments can result in a delay of occasionally up to 10 days. We apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope for your understanding. TAXES & DUTIES
All orders are shipped DDU, which means "duties and taxes unpaid" from our warehouse in Asia. In this case we do not collect VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what you estimated charge may be. In order to collect your package, additional charge must be paid to clear customs. As we ship to over 40 countries, some may require additional fees paid COD (Collect On Delivery). In this case, the fees are paid to the local carrier.OWNERSHIP AND RISK
To ensure fast dispatch times, we are unable to change or cancel your order once it has been confirmed. If you have an error in your delivery address, please contact us within 2 hours via e-mail at sigma.jewelry.ams@gmail.com, otherwise we may not be able to adjust. All specified delivery dates or times are a best estimate only and Sigma will not be held liable for any loss or damage through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. Returns and Refunds
REFUND POLICY
Sigma Strives for customer satisfaction. In case of an issue, we shall do our utmost to solve the problem. You can return your item(s) within 7 days upon receipt. The goods must be returned in original packages, unused and undamaged. We reserve the right to decline any returns which do not match our return policy.
- If you have purchased anything from Sigma, but did not receive the ordered item(s) or colour you will receive a full refund.
- A full refund will not be granted when:
- Your Sigma order didn't arrive due to factors within your control (for example providing the wrong shipping address).
- Your Sigma order didn't arrive due to circumstances outside the control of Sigma (For example not cleared by customs or natural disasters)
- Your item was purchased at a special sales price or with a discount.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Returns, refunds or exchange items are accepted up to 7 calendar days upon receipt of your order. A return shipment must always be shipped with a Track & Trace code. In the event of returning items, the sender is responsible for the shipment and the shipping costs.
If you wish to return your order, requesting for a refund or replacement, here is what you should do:

Please describe in your e-mail your order number and which item(s) you would like to return. Our support team will assist you in this process and help you to ensure that you will receive your refund or replacement as soon as possible!

Our products are assembled by hand. Sigma does not guarantee the integrity of your smartphone. Scratches may occur from the split rings or particles that can get inside the case. Handle with care and at own risk. Depending on the model or version, the illustrations/photos may differ from the real product.
